A Grundtvig Lifelong Learning partnership project

The TWoWo partnership in made up of educational institutions such as universities and non-profit organizations which cooperate together in order to draw up guidelines, in the form of reusable learning objects, for the fruitful application of telework. The two main learner target groups are:

a) unemployed women with special needs who cannot access to the traditional labour market;

b) small and medium-sized enterprises which want to overcome socio-economic disadvantage of the modern society.

The partnership aims to share the experience and complementary expertise of the partners in order to draw the big picture of telework opportunities, best practices and guidelines, that can be used to drive the target groups towards the effective application of telework to meet their specific needs.

The results of the project will be published as reusable learning objects in order to be disseminated in the lifelong learning community and to promote adult education to fight discriminations in the labour market and to foster the development of the skills and methodologies required to take best advantage of telework.
